He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoanh and Luyen Nguyen.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Lien Thi Tran; children, Huy Q. Nguyen (Thuy H. Nguyen), Lan H. Nguyen (Chau), Bao Q. Nguyen (Trinh Dinh), Thong Q. Nguyen (Hiep Truong), Dat Q. Nguyen (Phuong), Vu Q. Nguyen and Viet Q. Nguyen (Nhung Nguyen); 9 grandchildren; and siblings, Yen T. Nguyen and Tien T. Nguyen. Hung is also survived by numerous other loving family and friends.
The Nguyen family humbly requests that no flowers or gifts are given. Your love and support is the most they could ask for.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2019, at Holy Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, located at 1107 E Yager Ln, Austin, TX 78753. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Holy Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, located at 1107 E Yager Ln, Austin, TX 78753l. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752.
