Huyen T. Phan passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024 in Raynham, Massachusetts, at the age of 57. Huyen was born on April 23, 1967 in Bien Hoa, Vietnam, and lived most of her life in Vietnam before immigrating to the US in 1990.
For over 20 years, Huyen dedicated her career to the beauty industry working as a manicurist. Beyond her workplace, Huyen was a woman of many passions and hobbies. She couldn't pass up the chance to try a new restaurant or explore a new destination. Huyen loved to sightsee and always made sure to capture those memories with selfies. She also loved spending time shopping alongside her family and friends. Huyen was a strong, kind and caring woman. But most importantly, she was a devoted and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and great aunt.
Huyen is survived by her mother, Thanh Dang; her son, Nam Nguyen; her sisters, Ha Phan, Hang Phan, Hoa Phan; her brothers, Hung Phan and Huy Phan. She is also survived by her nieces, Nan Pham, Michelle Huynh-Loewen, Christina Huynh, Angela Phan, Ashley Phan, and Sydney Phan; her nephews, Dang Nguyen, Khang Nguyen, Daniel Phan and Dustin Doan; her great niece, Grace An Pham and her great nephew Khai My Huynh-Loewen.
Huyen is predeceased by her father, Thanh B. Phan; and her husband, Thanh Pham.
Huyen's funeral will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Chapman Funerals and Cremations (98 Bedford St, Bridgewater, MA). Visitation for family members and friends will be from 10 AM to 12 PM. Click here to access the recording of Huyen's funeral service (use passcode a^V+Dz45)
