Ilyas Steven Wise Bratton was born into rest on June 26th, 2025, a quiet arrival that touched many hearts. The weight of his brief presence will be carried forever by those who hoped for him, waited for him, and will now remember him always.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents Kenesha and Josh Bratton and his grandmother, Jada McKinney, who holds his memory close. He is also cherished by his great-great-grandmother, Billie Ann Brooks, his aunt Hope McKinney, and his two sisters, Sakiyah Dallas Brown and Cashlyn Jace Bratton.
He was welcomed back home by his late great-grandfather, Steven Leroy McDonald, great-great-uncle, Danny Rogers, and great-uncle, Cory Steven McDonald.
Though he never took a breath, Ilyas leaves behind a name full of strength, and a place in the hearts of his family that will never be forgotten.
