A livestream of the service will be available HERE. The stream should begin approximately 15 minutes before the start of the service.

Ina Sue Garrett Webb age 78 of Lenoir City passed away January 28, 2026. Ina was a native of Harriman, TN, and also lived in Georgia, New York, Texas, and North Carolina. She always referred to Harriman as home. Ina married Larry Webb in 1972 and they shared 54 blessed years of life together. They welcomed by adoption a precious baby girl, Wende. They felt so blessed to have the joy to love and guide Wende to know and love the Lord.

She and Larry were involved and/or taught in many ministries in their local churches. Ina loved all of her churches, especially her home church, South Harriman Baptist Church, where she sang solos for many years. First Baptist, Lenoir City had claimed a very special place in her heart and she loved her pastor and staff, her Bible Study group and the prayer ministry of which she was a part.

Ina was a lady of prayer which was a top priority in her life. She sought God daily and desired to be in His will. Ina would quickly share her spiritual experience when "she truly made the Lord Jesus, the Lord of her life." She sought ways to invest in leading others to grow in their Christian life and looked for opportunities to grow in her own faith and love of the Lord. Ina enjoyed the privilege to serve as a group leader in Bible Study Fellowship and passionately encouraged others to participate.

Ina was always known as "such a sweet lady" and a person with a very compassionate heart. She was one who quickly wanted to pray for someone's need and offer assistance if possible. Ina loved people and people loved Ina. She loved having folks anytime for a meal or game, a Bible study or to just visit. Ina and Larry housed several new church staff families while they looked for a home to buy. She was generous giving to missions, a deep commitment of her heart and Larry's heart.

Preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Eugene Garrett and Ida Belle Garrett; sisters-in-law, Anna Garrett and Pamela Ware.

Ina is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Larry Webb; daughter, Wende Benner; grandchildren, Emmie Benner and Av Benner; brothers, James Garrett and Larry Eugene Garrett (Debbie); nieces and nephews:Jennifer Johns (Perry), Matthew Garrett (Andrea), Joshua Garrett (Bridget) and Amber Nichols (Mike); brother-in-law, Warren Webb (Denise); sister-in-law, Nancy Diggs.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 1st at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Dr. Dick DeMerchant and Dr. Danny Hood officiating. Family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. on Monday at Roane Memorial Gardens for graveside services. Larry, this is Everett Rausin. I met you and Ina in the balcony at church a couple of years ago. We don't know each other well but I was immediately struck by both y'all's friendliness and kindness. Each week, when I printed the bulletin I made a point to write yours and Ina's name at the top so I wouldn't forget your name and would remember to pray for you. I have prayed for both of you and am very sorry to hear that Ina passed away and my prayers and thoughts are with you. Our earthly loss is the Kingdom of Heaven's gain. I hope you and I will get to see each other at church some going forward.

I was so sorry to hear about Ina Sue's passing. I have nothing but BEAUTIFUL memories of my cousin. Even though I was a few years younger, she was always so sweet to me when we'd visit. She shared her bedroom with me. She styled my hair. She fixed french fries from scratch late one night for us (Aunt Ida caught us by the way), but Ina Sue didn't let that stop our late night feast! We even watched TV in the back room while everyone else was sleeping. As an awkward gawky kid I looked up to her and wanted to be more like her. I loved her cute little voice and her smile. She was vivacious and overflowing with kindness. I bless her memory and wish her Peace and send my condolences to my cousins Larry and James and the rest of the family.

I got to know Ina through the WMU ministry. She was always such a warm and caring person even when you knew she didn't feel very well. She surely will be missed! She Home with the Lord and 100% whole again. Love you my sister. Stella Lee
