Billie Bowman Webb

Billie Bowman Webb, 83, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away peacefully February 19, 2026. She was born August 31, 1942, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Billie graduated from Central High School in 1960. She was happily and devotedly married to Bobby Webb for over 56 years. She enjoyed playing the piano for many years in church and at home. She took great pride in her home and the flowers she grew in her yard. After working as a bookkeeper for many years, she volunteered at Memorial Hospital during retirement. She earned the President's Volunteer Service Award from The White House after volunteering for 4,000 hours. She was a long-time member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with the ladies in her Sunday school class on Sunday mornings.

Billie is predeceased by her father, Bill Bowman. She is survived by her stepmother, Genevieve Bowman, husband, Bobby Webb, one daughter, Lisa Maxwell (Trey), one granddaughter, Natalie Maxwell and one great-grandson, Dylan Santos. She was lovingly known as Miss Teenie and Bebe by her family.

The family would like to thank the family caregiver, Cheryl, who provided friendship, care and wonderful food for Billie and Bob for the last two years. Gentiva Hospice provided wonderful nursing support the last few months of her life.

Funeral arrangements will be made at a later date by the family through Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Chapel.
