Also surviving are one brother Brantley Summerfield and one sister Riley Summerfield. Grandparents Glenn and Sandy Summerfield of Hambleton and William "Bill" and Shannon Jones of Monterville. One uncle Erik Rausch of Monterville, one aunt Cheyenne Summerfield of Glady, two Great Grandmothers Laura Poling of Hambleton and Wanda Arbogast of OH. One Great grandfather Glenn "Joe" Summerfield and several great aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding Sophia in death is one infant sibling, great grandmothers Janet Lee Simmons Summerfield and Judy Lane Jones, and great grandfathers Roy Poling and Jim Morgan Jones
The families request for cremation was honored. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
