Mrs. Inger Pauline “Williams-Sanderford”, age 87, passed away in Mobile, AL on February 6, 2025.
Mrs. Sanderford had a fulfilling career as a Unit Secretary of Mobile Infirmary Hospital for 24 years. She was an adoring fan of the movie, Gone with The Wind and loved collecting special pieces of memorabilia from the film. She had a talent for drawing, decorating, style, and always carried herself very well with class and dignity. Above all, Mrs. Sanderford loved God & her family and was always there with a listening ear, a helping hand and a shoulder to lean on whenever they needed her the most.
Mrs. Sanderford was preceded in death by her husband; Charles M. Sanderford, daughter Tammy Lou Bates. Parents; Ted and Pauline Williams. Brothers; Ernest and Eugene Williams.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Dallas C. Bates. Siblings; Winston Williams and Joyce “Williams-Burns”. Her 3 grandsons and 4 granddaughters; 8 Great-grandchildren, an abundance of kind and loving relatives and many wonderful friends.
Services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
