Irene Rodriguez Dones, 81, was born November 3, 1942 in Cadillac, Michigan and entered eternal rest on April 7, 2024 in Houston, Texas. Irene was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel Rodriguez & Emily Campos; her brother, Manuel Rodriguez, Jr.; her sister, Dora Trevino; and her loving husband of 60 years of marriage, Johnny Dones. Irene leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her sons, John Christopher Dones & Karen, Ray L. Dones; her daughters, Emily D. Postel & husband John Ray, Arlene Dones, Maria Dones; her grandchildren, T.J., Gabriel, Daniel, Michael, Brandon, Jonathon, Katlyn, Matthew and wife Monica, Jacob, Jordan, Justin; 7 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Daniel Rodriguez, David Rodriguez; her sisters, Becky Ramirez, Mary H. Rodriguez; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Irene will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
