Irene M. Werch, age 72 of Wautoma passed away on April 6, 2024, after a private battle with cancer. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Donald and Caroline Hass, Sister Mary Hass and brother David Hass. She is survived by her son Jason (Michelle) Werch of Berlin. Grandson Hunter Werch of Berlin. Step Grandchildren Ethan and Bailey of Oshkosh. Siblings Robert Hass of Wautoma, Louise Stapleman (Ken Gomoll) of Plainfield, Ronald (Kelly) Hass of Wautoma. As well as many nieces, nephews and friends
She was an avid reader and book collector and enjoyed word puzzles and shopping. Her quick wit and giggle will be missed by those who loved her.
A private family memorial will be held later.
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done.
