She loved spending time with her family including her 4 children Rosa (deceased), Edgardo, Emanuel and Tadeo. She was especially proud to be a grandmother to her 18 beautiful grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Everyone that knew her loved her and knew that she loved Word Search Puzzles and the Casino.
A memorial visitation will be held at TOHLE FUNERAL HOME 4325 W. Lawrence Ave. on Friday
October 13th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a prayer service starting at 7:00 PM.
Inurnment will follow at a later date in Puerto Rico.

Iris A. Cancel left us to go to heaven on Saturday October 07, 2023. She was born on June 13, 1938, to father Fransisco Cancel-Maldonado and mother Rosa Rodriguez-Soto, (both deceased). She was the 2nd of 4 children and survived by her sister Zulma Cancel.
