Iris Kampf

Kampf, Iris, age 82, of Glen Rock, passed peacefully on Friday, May 10, 2024. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Iris had lived in East Northport, Long Island, and Sayville, Long Island before moving to Glen Rock. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for L3 Communications and had been a member of the Fair Lawn Senior Center.
Iris was the beloved wife of the late Harold Kampf (2017). Loving mother of Lawrence Kampf and his wife Lynn Kampf of Medford, Long Island, and Robyn Kampf and her husband John Vincenti of Glen Rock. Dear grandmother of Alexander Vincenti and Andrew Vincenti.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Ave., Hawthorne. Interment will follow at Beth David Cemetery, 300 Elmont Road, Elmont, NY 11003. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home prior to the service from 9:30-10:30am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association(www.heart.org).
Larry and Lynn will be sitting shiva at their house following the cemetery service from approximately 4pm until 9pm on Sunday and from 5pm until 9pm on Monday.
Robyn, John, Alexander and Andrew will be sitting shiva at their house following the cemetery service from approximately 4pm until 9pm on Sunday and from 5pm until 9pm on Monday.
