Iris Maria Lebron Cruz, 77 years, of Sicklerville, passed away on September 28, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Vicente and Felicita (née Lopez Rosa) Lebron. Devoted mother of Joseph (Sharon) Faulkner Lebron, Maria (Mario) Ortiz Cruz, Jesus Cruz, Jr., Wanda Cruz and Jose Reyes, Jr. Dear sister of William Lebron, Vicente Lebron, Nicholas Lebron, Ramonita Lebron, Emilio Lebron and the late Providencia Lebron and Josean Lebron. Cherished grandmother of Cheyanne F. Garcia, Jonathan M. Reyes, Samantha L. Reyes, Stephanie M. Otero, Samantha R. Faulkner, Dylan J. Cruz, Victoria L. Faulkner, Maleena S. Ortiz, Brittney R. Anderson, Mario A. Ortiz, Joel J. Reyes and Emma I. Reyes.
Iris Cruz, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Known as "Ita" or "Mami" by many, but loved by all. She grew up with less but made the most out of everything, and cultivated a family full of love. Always giving of herself, generously and effortlessly, with plenty of hugs and red lipstick wearing kisses, and a full plate of a home cooked meal for whoever needed or wanted it. She was an Angel among us, and is eternally loved and treasured by all she came in contact with. To have known her was to love her.
A great patriarch AND matriarch she was to us all; God could not have chosen a better one for US.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday, October 7, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturday morning from 8:00AM to 9:30AM at DANKS-HINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 125 N. WHITE HORSE PIKE, LINDENWOLD NJ 08021. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish St. Lawrence Church, 135 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ. Interment to be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations to Angelic Hospice, 1050 Mantua Pike, First Floor, Wenonah, NJ 08090 would be appreciated. To leave lasting condolences or photos, please use the links on this page.
