IRMA C. STROBEHN

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Irma C. Strobehn, 85, was born on October 31, 1936, in Spain, to Juan and Maria (nee Noriega) Coosemans. She died Saturday, August 20, 2022, at JourneyCare at Northwest Community Hospital, in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Mrs. Strobehn was a psychologist for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. She also worked for DCFS. Irma is survived by her sons, David (Carolyn) and Matthew (Gabriela); loving grandmother to her four grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Camila, and Charlie Strobehn; and her sisters, brother, nieces, nephews and all her family members residing in Guatemala. Irma loved all her children, grandchildren, family and close friends and will be forever missed by many people whose lives she touched. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Thomas; and her parents. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
