He was born on August 13, 1951, and was a son of the late Henry and Edith (Shaffer) Harper.
Isaac was a Pastor and had served the Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church in Hinton and the Middle River Community Fellowship in Verona.
Isaac was united in marriage on December 20, 1970, to Karen Harper who preceded him in death.
Isaac is survived by a daughter, Julie Krumpter and husband, Billy, and three grandchildren, Allison, Dustin, and Sophie Krumpter.
He was also preceded in death grandson, Alec Krumpter.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8 PM on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023, at Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service in Bridgewater.
A service celebrating Isaac's life will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, Dec. 21st, at Parnassus United Methodist Church, with Pastors Shawn Cook and Vicki Barb officiating.
