Isaac Michael Rose, age 12, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, August 21, 2025 in Grand Rapids, Michigan following an accident. He was born in Grand Haven, Michigan on February 17, 2013 to Amanda Rose and Johnathon Hartman. He attended Fruitport Edgewood Elementary School and was looking forward to starting his seventh-grade year at Fruitport Middle School. Isaac enjoyed school and loved playing the french horn in band. His beautiful smile, infectious laugh, and big, caring heart made him a true joy to be around. Isaac had a special bond with his big brother, Eligh, and together they enjoyed wrestling, playing video games, and simply spending time together. Isaac also enjoyed going to the gym, was looking forward to starting his first year of football, and enjoyed playing several years in the Fruitport Youth Baseball League. Isaac is survived by his loving parents, Amanda (Brad Dault) Rose and John (Amber) Hartman; siblings, Nevaeh Plaster, Eligh Rose, Ryker Plaster, Brynlee Dault, and Riggs Hartman; grandparents, Diana Patton, Jeffery (Marsha) Rose, Janie (Scott) Schroeder, Dean (Cindy) Hartman, Denise (David) Popour, Brent (Jill) Lanning, Laurie Tindall, and Scott Dault; great-grandma, Delores Rose; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. VISITATION with Isaac's family will be held from 4-8 PM Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. A CELEBRATION OF ISAAC'S LIFE will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, August 28, 2025 at The Lee Chapel.
