Oh, my... I just now happened across this notice telling about the passing of Bro. J.D. only three days ago. I have thought of him numerous times over the years, and wondered how he was doing. What a kind and generous man he was. Lonnie and I were blessed to have called him friend and brother-in-Christ as we served our Lord Jesus together at Lubbock First Church of the Nazarene. Looks like my Lonnie beat Bro. J.D. by four weeks of getting to Heaven. They will have lots to reminisce about once they find each other Up There!
My condolences to his precious family... especially Joe and Bob.
