Jack Ortiz Obituary
Jack Ortiz, 77, of Mount Dora, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025. Born in New York, New York, he moved to Mount Dora in 2017 from Puerto Rico. He worked in Puerto Rico in Customer Service for the Water Department. Jack served in the US Air Force during Vietnam. He is survived by his son, Jack Ortiz, Jr., Jackson, MS; daughter, Sylvia Ortiz, Eustis, FL; brother, Richard K. Ortiz, San Juan, PR; sister, Laura Ladner, Mount Dora, FL; adult grandson, Tomas Rios, Eustis, FL; 3 grandchildren, Enrique Ortiz, Cecilia Colon, Jack Ortiz, III. A memorial service will be held at Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at www.dav.org Online Guestbook available at www.hardenpauli.com Arrangements by Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis, Florida.
