Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Micah Shane Pruitt of Ruston, LA and wife Rahnika Lee of China, Jonathan Wayne Pruitt of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Sarah Marissa Pruitt of Lake Charles, LA; brother, Tommy Joe Pruitt of DeRidder, LA; sisters, Tammie Pruitt Gibson and Danny of DeRidder, LA, Kelle Pruitt and Chris Jones of DeRidder, LA; granddaughter, Cintamani Rene Pruitt of China; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Merlin and Margie Pruitt; brother, Richard Edward Pruitt.
Graveside Funeral service and burial will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Newlin Cemetery in Singer, LA. Brother Sam Hickman will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Michael Chad Pruitt, Jeff Blanchard, Ethan Parker, Chris Jones, Matthew Loetscher and Jeremy Worthy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Danny Gibson and Dewey Wright.
