Jacklyn Cazares Obituary
Visitation for Jacklyn will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary Chapel, with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Mass will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment to follow immediately after at Hillcrest Cemetery in Uvalde.
Jacklyn was born to Javier and Gloria Cazares on June 10, 2012, in Uvalde, Texas. Jacklyn was a free spirit that was always willing and wanting to help others. Her favorite color was sage green, she loved to sing, make videos on TikTok and interact with her friends on Snapchat. She loved all animals but her 4 dogs were her world. She yearned to become a Veterinarian and dreamed of visiting Paris one day.
Jacklyn is preceded in death by Tomas and Paulina Hernandez.
She is survived by her parents, Javier and Gloria Cazares; brother, Johnathan Hernandez (Anabel); sister, Jazmin Cazares; nephew, Jazsiel Leo Hernandez; grandparents, Paula Cazares and Hector Vasquez, Ramon Cazares; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family.
