Mr. Jacky Grimmett, 90, of Snyder, TX, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 13, 2025, at his home surrounded by family. A funeral service for Mr. Grimmett will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 17, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Snyder with Reverend Ben Reid officiating. A private burial will be held for the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Jacky was born on November 23, 1934, to Billy and Libby Ruth (Holmes) Grimmett in Snyder, TX. Mr. Grimmett married D' Ann Lawrence on January 31, 1982 in Sweetwater, TX. He worked as a Dirt Contractor and partner in Grimmett Brothers for many years until he retired. Mr. Grimmett was the Sunday School Superintendent at Northside Baptist Church, and the director of Single Adults at First Baptist Church of Snyder. His favorite memories are water and snow skiing with his Children and Grandchildren. His favorite hobbies, interest, and passions were work, work and work.
