Mr. Abel Lee Escobedo, 55, of Snyder, TX, passed away on October 2, 2025, at Cogdell memorial Hospital. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 04, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Albert Joseph Devanson. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Abel was born on December 4, 1969, to Florentino Sr. and Virginia (Perez) Escobedo in Snyder, TX. Mr. Escobedo married the love of his life Patricia Ann Flores on February 28, 1989, in Snyder, TX. He had a passion for restoring vehicles, landscaping and operating machines. Abel also loved working on any and everything. Mr. Escobedo’s morning meeting place was Whataburger where he spent time with friends. He enjoyed taking vacations with family and going to concerts. He enjoyed traveling, especially to Aaron and Austins baseball games throughout the years. Abel loved to coach Little League, Little Dribblers, and Pee-Wee Football, and watching Katy coach Junior High School Volleyball and Soccer. One of Abel's greatest achievements was being able to watch Aaron graduate form Abilene Christian University.
