Jacob Aaron Carr

Jacob Aaron Carr - age 27 of Philadelphia, passed away July 17, 2025. He was a member of Community Baptist Church in Clinton. Jacob was a member of Iron Workers Union Local #818 and worked at the Oak Ridge X-10 Plant. He also served as a Volunteer Fireman with the South Roane County Fire Department.
Jacob was preceded in by his mother, Hope Rogers Carr; grandparents, Kenneth Rogers, Milan and Betty Carr.
Survived by his wife, Bridget Huckaby Carr; father, Charles Wayne Carr; grandmother, Freda Rogers; aunt and uncle, Karen and Tim Ditmore; cousins, Megan Russell and Izayah Russell along with several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 19th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Ronny Joe Silcox, Rev. Rocky Hamby and Rev. Larry Hewitt officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 1:30 on Sunday afternoon and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery in Lenoir City for graveside services at 2 p.m. Fireman honors will be conferred. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral expenses.
