Jacob R. "Jake" Garber

Jacob "Jake" Ryan Garber,
Age 44 of New Paris, walked into the arms of Jesus on Friday November 4, 2022.
He was born on May 19, 1978 to Terrill Garber and Vickie (Branson) Musselman, and was raised by his parents Terrill Garber and Vickie and Dan Musselman.
Jake was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Branson; paternal grandmother, Elaine (Kreitzer) James; paternal grandfather, Norman Eugene Garber; and paternal great grandparents, Dwight and Marie Garber.
He is survived by his loving wife of 8 years, Alana (Dunkelberger) Garber; children, Rion Garber, Cole Garber, Noah Matheny, Elizabeth Garber, and Judah Garber; stepdaughter, Madison Allen; stepmother, Brenda Garber; sisters, Aimee White and Anna Garber; maternal grandmother, Donna Branson; uncle, Brad Branson; nephew, Kyle Harrison; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends; and his Lighthouse Assembly of God Church Family.
Jake Loved the Lord, his family, and his children. He was a member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God. Jake was a loving and proud Father. He enjoyed spending time with his family outdoors and camping with the kids. Jake was a grill master in the back yard where he proclaimed to be a "Hibachi Chef." Jake has a great sense of humor, was a proud business owner of Life Line Pet Supplies.
In lieu of Flowers, an account has been established where donations can be made at the Somerville Bank under Alana Garber to help assist with expenses.
Family will receive guests for a visitation at Lighthouse Assembly of God, 2339 West Cart Rd, Richmond, Indiana 47374, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 11am. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at 12pm noon.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial dinner at the church, immediately following the services.
Private graveside service will be at a later date.
