Jacob Thompson Obituary

Jacob had a very interesting and outgoing personality. Jacob enjoyed being around friends and family, loved being outdoors, working in landscaping and construction, and loved driving the ole dirt roads. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those he could.
Jacob is survived by his loving children Jaxson and Liberty Thompson, his mother Tammie Tinsley-Prodell, his father Leland Thompson, brother Justin Thompson, sister Kimberly Morris and a special great niece Emmorie, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
He is preceded in death by his brother L.J. Thompson, brother Zac Morris, his "pop pop" Keith Prodell, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 20, 2023, at 1 pm- 3pm in the chapel at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville.
Services are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes Inc.

This young man and myself had many personal and heart wrenching conversations with each other.
I remember when he was asked by my husband why he spent so much time with me and Jake said because she reminds me of an aunt. Somebody I can talk to, somebody that's always straightforward with me with no strings attached.
I'm sorry I'll never have another conversation with him like that. I would definitely miss you Jacob Thompson
