Jake was a very happy go lucky person and was a people pleaser. He enjoyed spending time with his children and they meant the world to him. Jake loved to be outside, but also enjoyed playing video games and listening to music.
Jake is survived by his 3 sons and a son on the way; Dominik, Jacob Jr., Jessi West, father; Richard West, two sisters; Samantha Lamm and Desiree Newell, three brothers; D'andre and Dante Newell, Stan (Ciegi) Thornton, five nephews, Durrall, Derrick, Khalief, Stanley, and Jaleel, five nieces; Keveah, Jaleah, Saniah, Sincere, and Yanni, Step Father; Thomas Thornton.
Jake is preceded in death by, his mother; Rachel Hanson, brother; Derrick Thornton, Grandparents; Roger (Martha) Hanson, grandpa West and grandma Mary West.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 28, 2024, from 12:00-7:00 pm, at Lesson Park, Beloit, WI.
