Ronald Gaddy Obituary
He was born November 18, 1948, in Newnan, GA, the son of the late Einar and Bertha (Metler) Swenson.
Ronald worked for many years as a maintenance and crane operator for Cretex in South Beloit. He enjoyed fishing, camping, playing golf, and softball. Ronald loved tinkering with things; he could fix anything. He loved four- wheeling, boating, sewing, and watching Western movies and shows. Ronald would put his family and friends first. If they ever needed anything, they knew they could count on him.
Survivors include his partner of many years, Maggie Benjamin; sons, Patrick (Tracie) Gaddy, Joseph (Amy) Gaddy, and Matthew Gaddy; grandchildren, Sunshyne, Tye Gaddy and Teagan Gaddy; siblings, Jackie Gaddy, and Penny (Mike) Gaddy; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Tony Gaddy, Diane McMaster, and Barb Fisk; fur babies Tinker and Bell.
Per Ronald's wishes there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
