He was born April 6, 1937, at Raymond, Alberta to Peter and Rebecca Wipf.
He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Katie of 63 years. Sons Peter (Ida) Wipf and Jake (Martha) Wiipf of Ryegate, Montana. Daughters Katie (Tim) Wurtz of Gildford, Montana, and Theresa (Toby) Wipf of Cut Bank, Montana. Along with numerous grandkids and great grandkids., also his brother Joe Wipf of Broadview.
Jacob was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Peter and Paul, and his sisters Rebecca, Sarah, Susie and Annie.
He worked with cows for ten years in his younger days.
He was a well-respected minister for forty-six years and loved to sing hymns and read the word of God tirelessly, taking everything he did in life very seriously.
Rest in peace dear Dad. Your love and gentle guidance will be treasured and greatly missed by all your loved ones.
Funeral services will be held on May 24, 2025 at Golden Valley Colony.
