Jacqueline Suzanne Bohrer

Jacqueline (Jackie) Suzanne Bohrer passed away peacefully on October 22nd, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She is deeply missed by her husband George, her daughter Shelby, her mother Susan, and by her siblings: Julie (Santini, husband Nicholas), Jill (Dooley, husband David), Thomas, Jennifer (Hobbs), and Noah, and her nieces and nephews: Nicole (Smith, husband Michael), Thomas (wife Erika), Brittanie, Carly (White, husband Jordan), Stephanie (wife Taylor), Jacob, Evie and Auna; and great nieces and nephews: Joseph, Natalie, Ramona, Claudia, and Ezekiel.
Jackie was born December 2nd,1961 in Detroit, Michigan, growing up in Clawson and Warren, Michigan. She graduated from Cousino High School in 1980, she attended Ferris State after receiving her associates degree from Macomb Community College.
Jackie married George Bohrer in December of 1996, and their daughter Shelby was born in November of 1997. Jackie loved spending time with her family and pets (and extended family) in New Baltimore, MI, especially passing time on the lake or on their family boat. She loved the holidays, and being around her family celebrating special occasions.
Jackie was a dedicated member of her church St. Mary Queen of Creation Church, and the Dugan family attended St. Martin de Porres church in Warren for many years.
Jackie lived her life as a very loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She touched everyone's heart with her humor and endless generosity and thoughtfulness. Her vibrant wit and laughter held a room, and her absence will be deeply felt. Jackie was an avid animal lover and cared for many pets who will also miss her deeply.
There will be a viewing at the Wasik Funeral Home located at 35259 - 23 Mile Road in New Baltimore on Wednesday, October 29th from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with an afternoon Rosary. There will be a Funeral Mass at St. Mary Queen of Creation Church located at 50931 Maria Street in New Baltimore, MI 48047 on Thursday, October 30th with at 10:00 a.m. visitation and 10:30 a.m. Mass.
Jackie will be settled at the Veteran's Great Lakes Cemetery in Holly Michigan.
