MILLERSBURG - Jacqueline Y Martz (Jackie), age 86, passed away on May 25 2025 at Northern Dauphin County Home and Rehab in Millersburg PA.
She was born in Millersburg on December 30, 1938, daughter of the late Eugene and Dorothy (Wildsmith) Shrawder.
Jackie graduated from Millersburg High School in 1956. After high school, she began working for Bell Telephone and retired from Commonwealth of PA at age 63.
Spending time with her family was her greatest joy, especially attending her grandchildren's sporting events. Jackie served the community as a Girl Scout leader for many years. She also loved traveling, summers at the Millersburg Pool, and her Saturday breakfasts at the Millersburger with her beloved friends.
Jackie was preceded in death by her wonderful husband James H Martz, brother Ronald and sisters Jann and Sandra.
She is survived by her son, Douglas of Millersburg, daughter Kimbra Feidt (Rick) of Millersburg, grandsons Shaun (Eliza) of Harrisburg and Troy (Hannah) of Halifax, great grandchildren Chloe, Cael, and Andi, a brother Michael Shrawder (Dawn) of Millersburg and several nieces and nephews.
To honor Jackie's wishes there will be no services. She would like her family and friends to remember the joy and laughter shared together. Focus on the happy memories rather than the sorrow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's name can be made to the Millersburg Pool Association or The Millersburg Ferry Boat Association.
Arrangements are being cared for by the staff of Minnich Funeral. We are honored to serve this family at our Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd., Millersburg location. To sign the guestbook go to www.minnichfuneral.com.
