Williamsport, MD – Jacqueline Lee "Jackie" Miner, 86, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on September 29, 1938, in Smithsburg, MD to the late Harold Eugene and Charlotte Grace (Recker) Cross.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Claud "Chief" Miner, Jr. on May 7, 2013.

Jackie was a 1956 graduate of Hagerstown High School.

She was employed by Lenox formerly Gorham Textron in Williamsport, MD, until her retirement.

She was a member of Washington Square United Methodist Church Hagerstown, MD. She also sang in the choir.

Jackie enjoyed gardening and loved her flowers, working outdoors, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Vicki L. Blickenstaff and her husband Larry of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Julie A. Martz of Williamsport, MD; son Harold C. "Butch" Miner, III of Williamsport, MD; sister-in-law Betty Miner and her husband Stan; granddaughters Michelle, Christa, Emily, Lyndsey, and Molly; great grandsons Wesley and Logan.

Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by two sisters Jane M. Shrader and Rae E. "Sue" Barton; son-in-law Clark L. Martz.

Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11:00 am with Rev. Rani P. Woodrow officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 am. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
