Jacqueline (Sullivan) Risolo, 81, of Worcester, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Christopher House of Worcester. Her husband, Louis Risolo, predeceased her in 2007. Their son, Louis “Patrick” Risolo died on February 22, 2025.
Jacqueline is survived by a son, Francis E. Risolo and his wife Gail of Worcester; a daughter, Marie Risolo-Hill of West Boylston; three sisters, Paula Jandrow of Worcester, Patricia Rene of Annapolis, MD, and Joanne Grover of Worcester; two sisters-in-law, Vera Nuzzolillo of Worcester and Roseta Risolo of Oxford; seven grandchildren, Frank and his wife Vanessa Moores, Sabrina, Thomas, Robert, Amber, Jade, and Zoe; five great-grandchildren, Amyah, Bryce, Cayle, Nilah, and Amariah; nieces and nephews. Jacqueline was predeceased by her son-in-law, Edward Hill. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, Edward and Mary (Moriarty) Sullivan. She graduated from Worcester South High School, Quinsigamond Community College, and received professional certification from Suffolk University.
Jacqueline worked as a medical technician for Private Healthcare Inc. She was a life long member of Saint Peter’s Church, where she volunteered for many years in the church coffee shop. Jacqueline loved traveling and shopping but her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Calling Hours will be on Friday, March 7, from 4 pm to 7 pm in the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral will be on Saturday, March 8, departing the funeral home in procession at 9:30 am enroute to a 10 am Funeral Mass at Saint Peter’s Church, 931 Main Street, Worcester. Interment will follow at Saint John’s Cemetery in Worcester.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the church.
