There were two things many family and friends did not know, that in 1969 Jackie was voted "Miss Loyalty Day" by the Westchester County, NY. Veterans Administration and that same year Jackie went to "Woodstock" and experienced some very special moments at each of those gatherings.
Jackie met her hubby Ray Tauriello that year and moved to Long Island NY. and in 1971 was married, as Jackie always said, "every marriage has its speed bumps" and had a wonderful 54 years of marriage.
Jackie loved her job at Montour School District as an Aid for special needs students for 20 plus years and enjoyed making a difference in all the children she helped.
She is proceeded in death by her parents and her brother Tucker Stevenson. She is survived by her husband Ray and their two sons Stephen and Ray, Stephen's wife Rosemary and their two children Maverick and Maybree and Ray and his wife Julie with their two children, Luna and Autumn.
Relatives and friends received Monday, August 4, 2025, from 1-3 & 6-8 PM at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, 334 Forest Grove Road, Coraopolis (Kennedy Township) PA 15108 where a Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 12:30 PM. Interment to follow in The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 1:30 PM.

Dearest Jackie, no words can describe how I feel losing my best friend.. I am really devastated by your death. it isn´t often in this crazy world that you meet someone as special as you were or have such a close relationship with . I hope you have found peace. I know how you have suffered in these last several years and I wish you love and joy that your suffering has ended.Blessimgs to Ray, her devoted husband and Steve her son, for being there for you thru it all..
