Nacido el 2 de septiembre de 1959 en Juan Aldama, Zacatecas, México, Jaime hizo de San Antonio, Texas, su hogar. Construyó una vida llena de alegría y compañía, siempre abrazando los placeres sencillos. Jaime era un alma amigable, tranquila y de buen corazón, cuya presencia siempre fue una alegría. Le encantaba bromear y era conocido por su naturaleza trabajadora y su constante disposición a echar una mano a quien lo necesitara.
Jaime encontró una inmensa felicidad pasando tiempo con su amada esposa, María T. Peña, y su leal perro, Mickey. Su mayor alegría provenía de estar rodeado de su familia, celebrando eventos y días festivos especiales, y creando recuerdos duraderos. También le apasionaba escuchar música, que a menudo llenaba su hogar de calidez y ritmo.
Le sobreviven su devota esposa, María T. Peña; su querida madre, Altagracia Casio Peña; y sus hermanos, Leopardo Peña, Susana Peña Casio, Martha González y Francisco Peña. Jaime fue precedido en muerte por su padre, Jaime Peña.
El espíritu cálido y el corazón generoso de Jaime tocaron innumerables vidas, y será profundamente extrañado por todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
