FULTON--James Wade Aust, 84, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born June 4, 1939 to the late Richard Preston Aust and the late Frances Leo Murff Aust in LeFlore County, MS. He was veteran of the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed golfing, sailing on his sail boat, stained glass work, raising roses, woodworking and spending time with family.
Memorial services will be held at later date in Morgan City, MS.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Tommie Nell Aust of Fulton; daughters, Melissa (Chad) Epps of Fulton, Lisa (Eric) Fitzpatrick of Tucson, AZ, and Patricia (Jim) Sterns of Corvallis, OR; 7 grandchildren; 2 sisters; and 1 brother.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Preston Aust, and Frances Leo Aust; 3 brothers,; and 1 sister.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that you make a donation to the following organization in memory of Wade.
