Jimmy was such a good hearted guy. His sense of humor was fantastic! You didn´t take life so seriously when Jim was around! I met Jim at JFK. He could always make me laugh till I cried or gasp for breath! We were in a Ministry Program together our senior year with Father Terry. We sang, learned to sign and taught CCD to them . These children where were hearing impaired, autistic, and mentally challenged. During the holiday season we decided to make Xmas cookies for them so I had a xmas cookie party at my house. Well, after we finished making them, the party took a turn and lets just say people left with Icing in their ears, flour on their faces,... we had a ball! Jim life guarded at Farmer Jim´s and played played JV and Varsity football as a Eagle. He loved to wear that stupid practice shirt ,... ALL the time! He just was one of a group of people that made being a newcomer my senior year so much easier! The only person who could make me laugh as hard,.. is my husband Joe. I am so glad they met and I am sure heaven will be throughly entertained now that he has joined his friends and loved ones.
I will miss you Jimmy.
Your facial expressions, your sense of humor, your kindness and friendship.
Rest in peace my friend.
Sharon Buerger ( Lupi)
Hugs and prayers to his family.
