James Beeves Obituary
James was a man of sports, although you may not know that by looking at him, he wanted to be a sports announcer and kept up with them all, especially football. James is a giant fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Missouri and Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama. James lived a larger life then known by some.
James has created for himself a life full of Love, Mercy, Empathy and Compassion. He was not a man of worldly pleasures but of spirit. He was one of the most pure and innocent people some have met. He spent two years at the Springfield Victory Mission where he grew his family. James was employed at Price Cutter who graciously called for medical attention in his time of need.
James is preceded in death by: his loving mother, Deloris Ann (Lynn) Beeves; his grandmother, Jewel Beeves; two uncles, Paul Lynn and Patrick Lynn.
Survivors include: his longtime girlfriend, Lovelyn Phillips, Springfield, Missouri; his father, James Dietrich Beeves, Indiana; two sisters, April Parker and husband John, Springfield, Missouri, Kim Beeves and significant other Lauren Barnes, Springfield, Missouri; two nieces, Jazmen Morris and husband Tyler Morris and Hannah Parker, one nephew, Daniel Jorge Parker and wife Carly, Springfield, Missouri; two great-nieces, Elizabeth Morris and Cassie Parker; and many friends at Price Cutter and Springfield Victory Mission.
A graveside funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 30, 2023 at Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri under the direction and care of Holden Cremation and Funeral Service, Sparta, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial's to be made in James's Honor at https://gofund.me/1e295270 even a small donation could help April and Kim reach their fundraising goal. And if you can't make a donation, it would be great if you could share the fundraiser to help spread the word.
