He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and James Blair; sister, Linda Howard ; brothers, Kenny and Gary Blair.
He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Gayle Ferguson Blair; daughter and her husband, Megan and Josh Ball; sisters, Sue Fleener and Cathy Menifee; brother, Danny Blair (Melissa) ; granddaughters, Emerson and Stella Ball.
His celebration of life will be 6:00 p.m. Friday at Schmid Funeral Home in Mt. Washington with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service.
