James M. Bojarski

James M. Bojarski, 75, of Erie, passed away Sunday September 21, 2025. He was born in Erie on May 6, 1950 a son of the late John and Louise Kownacki Bojarski.

James graduated from Cathedral Prep in 1968 and attended seminary in Battle Creek, Michigan where he was a member of the Oblate Order. He went on to graduate from Gannon College in 1973 and worked as a medical technician in the drug and alcohol unit at St. Vincent Health Center until his retirement. He was a devout Catholic who never missed Mass and loved his faith. He was an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where he sang in the choir for 30 years and volunteered in many different ways. He enjoyed traveling when he was younger and healthier and enjoyed gardening. He was a fan of Penn State football and loved polish food, especially pierogi and mashed potatoes.

Survivors include his brother, John Bojarski (Elizabeth); two nieces, Krisitin Bojarski- Rash (Rick) and Katherine Bojarski-Rapp (Devin); two nephews, Bernard Bojarski (Tammy) and John Bojarski (Julia); and many great nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Thursday September 25th from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass there at 11 a.m. Burial will be private in Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2220 Reed St, Erie, PA 16503.
