James Homer Boring age 75 of Cumberland City, Tennessee passed away Monday, September 22, 2025. Jim was a member of Scotts Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army and took great pride in his membership with the Patriot Guard Riders. Jim enjoyed going fishing, boating and hunting.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Alma Mae Snyder Boring.
Jim is survived by his wife, Donna Boring; children, James Boring (Tricia Clancy), Christine Boring and step-son, Matthew Robinson (Heather Rightnour); granddaughter, Meredith Boring; siblings, Chuck Boring (Luz), Charlotte Stepnowski (Stan) and Wayne Boring (Pat); many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Celebration of life will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Scotts Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. 660 Scotts Chapel Road, Cumberland City, TN 37050
