James William Bricking

James W. Bricking passed away at home on June 13, 2022. He was a member of St. Mary Church for 47 years and was a Eucharistic minister, and was also a member of Knights of Columbus Bishop Mulloy Council for 53 years. He was a US Navy Veteran. He worked as an accountant for Federated Department Stores and Macy's for 42 years. He was a son of the late Alice and Ralph Bricking and brother to the late Bobby Bricking. He leaves his wife, Ann, of 49 years. He is survived by a daughter, Julie (Craig) Reinhart and their three children; Malia, Isaiah, and Sophia. He leaves a son, Timothy (Amanda) Bricking and their children Emmett and Alice. He is survived by a brother Thomas (Rene) Bricking and two sisters, Carol (Robert) McCargar and Marcia (Jim) Cropper. He also leaves a brother-in-law Norbert (late Carol) Kinstler and sister-in-law Mary Jane (late Ron) Uhl. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Visitation Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Saint Mary of the Assumption Church, 8246 East Main Street, Alexandria, KY 41001, from 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM with Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 AM. Entombment in Saint Stephen Mausoleum, Fort Thomas, KY. Memorials are suggested to Saint Mary Church.
