James passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. James was a resident of Needham, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. He was a graduate of Milton High School Class of 1949. He was member in the Navy Reserve at the South Weymouth Naval Air Station. He was married to Eleanor. Funeral from the George F. Doherty Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. NEEDHAM Tuesday Dec. 27 at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church Needham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visitation prior to the Mass in the funeral home from 8am-9:30am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Jamesâ memory to the Jimmy Fund 10 Brookline Pl.
