Mr. Clark, 78 years old, died Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born in Missouri on February 16, 1946 to Ralph and Pansy Kirby Clark. He is a retired welder for Diversified Contractors McKenzie.
He is survived by his daughter Mandy (Michael) Wade of Gleason, two sons James R. Clark Jr. of Huntingdon and Shawn Clark of McKenzie and four grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son Joe Clark.
