James Colford Obituary
James Bernard Colford, 66, of North Little Rock, passed away July 29, 2024 in Ozark, Arkansas. James was born January 31, 1958 in Little Rock to the late Doris M. (Rothman) and Robert V. Colford. James was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Manning.
Survivors include five brothers: Tom Colford, Bob Colford, Owen Colford, Joe Colford and Brian Colford; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family would like to extend their utmost gratitude to the nurses and the entire staff at Ozark Nursing Home. James was loved deeply and developed many special relationships during his lifetime. His wit and humor brought laughter to the room. He was affectionately cantankerous at times. He was truly unique. We will miss him but know he can rest peacefully now.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 5, 2024 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Little Rock.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Ozark Nursing Home, 600 North 12th Street, Ozark, AR 72949.
