James Brian Constantine, 65, beloved husband of Laura Reay Constantine of Old Hopkinton Cemetery Road, Ashaway, passed away at Westerly Hospital on Monday, October 6, 2025.

Born in Hartford, Conn., he was the son of the late Charles D. and June Constantine.

Known to have the ability to trouble shoot and repair anything, James worked as a boat mechanic for Wequetequock Marina for over 40 years. He was an accomplished guitar player who enjoyed all water sports and riding motorcycles.

In addition to his wife Laura, James leaves behind his two children, Christopher J. Constantine and his partner Dr. Joris Ramstein of Manhattan, NY, and Cassandra L. Constantine of Providence, RI; his brother John Constantine of Pawcatuck, CT; and his cat Fluff. James was predeceased by his brother Michael Constantine.
