James A. Even

James A. Even, 71, of Oswego, IL passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 29, 2022 at 12:05 AM at Seasons Hospice Patient Center. Jim retired from Mondelez where he was employed in the Environmental Support section.
He is survived by his sister Mary Even of N.Y. and aunt Evelyn Rackmeyer of Aurora, IL. Jim was very grateful for the support of his family and friends during his life and said, "Tell them all I love them". He will be dearly missed by his friends Joseph, Barbara, Francis, Karen, Ken and Shelly Schaubel, Kim Groom, Heinz Malert, Laura Sartore, the Kingsbrook Crossings neighbors, Margaret Rodriguez, Magdaleno Gonzales, Kurt and Nelda Karas, Hank and Loretta Iannotti, and Lenny and Rachel Moore to name a few.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ivan J. Even and mother, Mary R. Even, as well as his brother, William Even.
Jim was known by many as a very generous kind hearted individual. He spent most of his free time helping others in need and never expected anything in return. He loved animals and wildlife including his dogs Buster and Sunshine.
