Inurnment: 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 21, 2024 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
James Carroll Fraser was born January 11, 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Billie Charles Fraser and Fayteen Ruby Trainham.
He is survived by his wife, Patti Fraser; son, Brett Fraser; daughters, Sarah Yochum and Casey Morris; sister, Blanche Connor; sister-in-law, Cynthia Williams; grandchildren, Alex Fraser, Ava Yochum, Abbie Yochum, Max Morris, Marley Morris, and Madyln Morris; niece, Carla Skinner; nephew, Clay Egenbacher.
