James "Jamie" Douglas Gadd, age 46, of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away on October 16, 2024. He was born in Newnan, Georgia to the late Douglas Neill Gadd and Patricia Lynne Blanton. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jessica Singleton.
Mr. Gadd is survived by his daughter, Marianna Singleton; his mother, Lynne Blanton; sisters, Bridget (Martin) Woodside, Wanda Marie Gadd; brother, Thomas Gadd; nephews, Drew Woodside, Tyler Woodside; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Jamie loved God, and his ministry was to the children and congregation of the church. He loved to meet and talk with people and never met someone he didnt consider a friend. Outside of church he was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and shared his love for the team often. Jamie loved his wife and his daughter with his whole heart and would do anything for them, they were his world. He was a man of many talents and passions, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorial Services will be held at 3:00PM on October 27, 2024, at Stockbridge First United Methodist with Rev., Lavelle Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Those who wish may sign the online guest registry at www.cannonclevelandfunerals.com. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, 770-914-1414.
