"Jimbo" James Grinstead, 64, passed away at his residence on Sunday June 22, 2025. He was an attendee of Warren Central HIgh School and a Bowling Green Native. Jimbo was a hard worker, a good friend and adored his family. He is preceded in death by parents Nathan and Margie Grinstead and Augusta "Vanderpool" and Frank Gayheart. Jimbo was cared for and loved by his partner Laura Nash. He is also survived by a daughter Summer Grinstead, son in law Christopher Taylor, and three grandchildren Wrangler, Geneva, and Lillian. Sisters Connie (Glen) Womack, Diane (Bryan) Forshee, "Spunky" Doris Hester, Delana (Patrick) Grinstead. A brother "Buck" Daniel Grinstead; brother in law, Ronald Hester, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday June 26th from 4-8 PM and he will be laid to rest after a private graveside service on his property Friday morning.
