James Kann Obituary
James Michael Kann, age 78, of Garnavillo, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, surrounded by his family.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Morris Funeral Home in Garnavillo, Iowa. Visitation will continue prior to funeral services from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Garnavillo, Iowa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Garnavillo, Iowa, with burial to follow at the church cemetery where military honors will be accorded by American Legion Post #723. Rev. Paul Kwaku Ameyaw will officiate.
