David was a member of the Mountain View Assembly of God and worked in housekeeping at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital.
David is survived by his wife Barbara Lane, daughters, Donna Alderman, and Rebecca Sharp, two sons, Paul David Lane, and James Lee Lane, one sister, Dorothy Ann Lane, and a brother, Melvin Carr Lane, numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Mountain View Assembly of God in Edray with Pastors Andy Landis and Sam Felton officiating. Burial will follow in the Gibson Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until time of services at the Mountain View Assembly of God in Edray.
